32cc Craftsman Weedwacker wont start?

I thought i may have flooded the weedwacker because it wouldn't start. Let it sit overnight and still wouldnt start. So I took the spark plug and and cranked it a few times and got no fuel squirting out. Replaced the plug and still nothing! Took the carburetor off, cleaned it, checked the fuel lines, just about everything I could. I put everything back together and still same symptom, if I touch the primer bulb it stays compressed for hours as if it is being choked of air. The bulb is completely filling up with fuel after one pump. The breather hole in the gas tank cap is not clogged. I'm thinking something with the carb? Any ideas? Thank you
