Are Mongoose bikes worth buying?

I want to buy a Mongoose Chamber as my first BMX, but i've read Mongoose makes **** bikes now. I live in Estonia and there aren't some fancy fancy bike shops, but there are some decent ones like Mystic(bikes cost alot) and Hawaii Express(Bit cheaper but good). I'm thinking of buying a Mongoose Chamber from Hawaii Express for 449 Euro, but is it worth buying?
