What is the legal age to stay home alone in Colorado?

I'm 16, and I am staying home pretty late tonight probably around 1 or 2 in the morning. My Mom says it's 100% illegal to stay home alone overnight. Is that true? What's the guidelines in Colorado for that? For during the day and/or overnight?
