I have Fair skin, should i dye my hair Mystic Violet by schwarzopf?

My natural hair colour is Dark blonde. I have bleached it 3 times (i think) and it was dyed brown but the dye has come out. I am 14 and looking for a change. Will Mystic Violet be okay? Or will it look really weird? My sister said be careful... Should i dye it?
