How can New York allow blacks access to religious wedding services but not gays and lesbians?

Overnight, NY has passed the most bigoted, racist, homophobic law in the nation! Churchs of all types MUST BE FORCED to marry gays....just like blacks! I can't believe how far NY has backslided......
