Major back pains, don't know whats causing it? Help!?

My lower back towards my right side is in so much pain. It's pressure and pain that almost puts me into tears. Usually overnight it gets acted up, but it woke me up last night and the pains are so much worse then usual. This has been bothering me for about a week... I could walk normally earlier in the week but this morning it is so painful and I find myself somewhat hunched over. Putting on my shoes or pants is hurting from bending down, climbing into a chair or adjusting my legs hurts. I don't know if it's from me sleeping wrong... but I feel like it is a lot more than just that. Slipped disc, fracture.... I don't know. If anyone can think of anything, please let me know!
