Right workout/ eating routine to lose weight?
I am currently 5'4" tall and weigh 200 lbs. I used to be 160 and fit into size 10/12, but now I'm in a huge size 16/18. I just really want to get back to that size. I am eating healthy by limiting the sugar and calorie intake, eating a ton of fruits, veggies, healthy meats like grilled chicken and fish, and drinking water instead of sodas. I currently do interval training for 20 minutes (Jillian's 30 day shred), 30 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of Just Dance 2 (burning about 460 calories), and 30 minutes of wii fit (Free step & advanced hula hoop). Is this too much working out, just right, or too little? I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks, but am frustrated that my weight remains constant and little improvement has shown in terms of jean size. I'm not looking to lose my weight overnight, but trying to do it in a healthy way to keep it off it's just a long hard process. Any other tips would be helpful too!
