What are some good items to get in pokemon black and white?

I have a tepig,oshawott,and a snivy. I want to give them items like charcoal,mystic water,and miracale seed. Any ideas for my pokemon? I want each of my pokemon to hold an item. Please tell me items that are good for them. PS. I evolvrd all of them.
